Tuesday afternoons in the ISSA lounge (6321 Dwinelle) from 2:30-3:30.

The Scandinavian Reading Group is for students to increase their familiarity with Scandinavian texts written in all languages used during the medieval period.  It is comprised of two sections: one group reads anything aside from unnormalized Old Icelandic (including Latin, Old East Norse, and unnormalized texts); participants will be assigned a short section of the text to prepare in advance.  On alternate weeks, there is sight-reading of Old Icelandic texts for students with some experience with the language.  The Scandinavian Reading Group meets Tuesday afternoons in the ISSA lounge (6321 Dwinelle) from 2:30-3:30.
